    This is a farmstay with four guest rooms and one guest house. The farm house is spacious and open with an indoor feeling of the "outdoors". There is plenty of elbow room with warmth and coziness. Wake up to sunshine and a gorgeous southwest Colorado view.

    South Room is large with an open bath and claw tub and Queen bed. East Room sleeps three in a queen and single bed with private bath. Combine the South and East Rooms for a grand family suite.

    Western Room this large room with private bath, also features a TV/VCR, King bed and Hide-a-Bed.

    Grand Room is downstairs room (great for grandmas and grandpas) with a full bed.

    The Guest Cabin features a kitchen, bath, living room, upstairs large bedroom with 1/4 bath; King bed, Single bed, Trundle bed which makes into 2 Singles.

    Guests may enjoy the reading/TV area adjacent to the private rooms. The outdoors hot tub with full views of the La Plata Mountains, Mesa Verde and Ute Mountain is a wonderful place to end your day.

    Area activities include: golfing, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, biking and boating. Close to all the area's INDIAN RUINS. Marvel at the nearby San Juan Skyway Scenic Loop Byway and the new Trail of the Ancients Scenic Loop Byway, both only minutes away.

    All units are non-smoking. BOARD YOUR HORSE here during your stay. Small pets ok in carrier cages.
