Loveland Ski Area
Loveland has been a local favorite for decades. Great snow, reasonable prices, friendly staff and more than 1365 acres of varied terrain has kept the faithful coming back for over 60 years.
Skiers and boarders looking for more aggressive terrain are likely to show up at Loveland Basin, where steeps, bumps and glades team up with wide open bowls to please any member of the family. Beginners enjoy the feel of a separate base area with milder slopes at Loveland Valley . First-time Ski School starts here, where adults and children can comfortably learn on wide, gentle terrain, away from more advanced enthusiasts.
Looking for an adrenaline rush that can only come from cutting fresh tracks in untouched powder? Lift #9 will now whisk skiers and riders to the chutes and ridges along the Continental Divide, higher than any other four passenger chair lift in the world.
